1. GENERAL

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of SUP equipment, the organization of SUP tours and morning SUP Pilates activities, and to all services provided by SUPER DUPER, Maja Šeša, športne dejavnosti, s.p. (“the Provider”). By making a reservation, signing a rental or activity agreement, or participating in any activity, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all legal relations between the Provider and the customer. The Provider reserves the right to update the Terms, which are always available on the website: http://www.supbohinj.com and at the company headquarters.

2. EQUIPMENT RENTAL

All rentals are made at the customer’s own risk. The equipment can only be used by adults or minors accompanied by an adult. Rental is not permitted to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The customer is responsible for the care of the equipment and must return it clean, undamaged, and with all included accessories. In case of delay, damage, destruction, or loss, the customer is fully liable for the costs of repair, cleaning, or replacement of the equipment. Equipment may not be left unattended. A short safety briefing will be provided before each rental.

3. EQUIPMENT PICK-UP & RETURN

Equipment will be delivered and collected at one of the three designated lakeside locations:

1. St. John’s Bridge (beginning of the lake)
2. Pitstop at Naklova glava (near Camp Bohinj)
3. Ukanc (end of the lake)

Customers may choose different locations for pick-up and return. Rentals must be returned by the agreed time. Minimum rental time is 2 hours.

Users must use the equipment only in areas where SUP access and exit points on Lake Bohinj are officially permitted, in accordance with local regulations. The list and locations of these access points are available from the provider and on the official website of the Municipality of Bohinj –  https://promet.bohinj.si/en/other-info/navigation-regulations-in-bohinj/.

4. ACTIVITIES

Activities are carried out responsibly and safely. Participation is at the customer’s own risk. All participants must be able to swim. Instructions are provided before each activity. Participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions from the Provider or guides. In case of failure to follow safety instructions or inappropriate behaviour, the Provider reserves the right to exclude the participant without refund.

5. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

Reservations can be made via email or phone. Payments are made in person by cash or by proforma invoice. There is no online store or payment gateway.

Cancellations:

– More than 3 days before the activity: free of charge
– 3 to 1 day before the activity: 10% cancellation fee
– Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

6. GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can be ordered by phone or email. Delivery is made personally or by post. Vouchers are valid for one summer season and are non-refundable.

7. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

The customer agrees that their personal data (name, phone number, email, age, and address) provided when making a reservation will be used solely for communication, delivery of services, mailing of gift vouchers, and for postal delivery purposes when applicable. Data is not shared with third parties and is securely stored only for the duration of the summer season, unless their use is required by law or needed to protect the legal interests of the provider (e.g. in case of accident, dispute or claim). Customers may request deletion of their data at any time by emailing info@supbohinj.com.

8. LIABILITY

The Provider follows strict safety protocols and carries out activities with the utmost care. Nevertheless, all rentals and activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk. The Provider is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during use of the equipment or participation in activities.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

For any disputes or complaints, customers are encouraged to first contact the Provider to reach an amicable solution. In case of unresolved disputes, Slovenian law and jurisdiction will apply.
