Wake up with nature ☀️

Some mornings are bathed in sunlight, others wrapped in soft mist but every morning on Lake Bohinj carries its own kind of magic.
Morning SUP Pilates is your invitation to slow down and reconnect with your breath, your body and the wild calm of nature.
📍We meet at Naklova Glava, gently paddle out onto the still lake, where silence and freshness fill the air.
No previous SUP or Pilates experience? No worries. We’ll start with a short intro to stand-up paddling and get you moving with ease and confidence.
Once we’re settled, we’ll guide you through a mindful flow of breathing exercises, gentle stretches and core-strengthening movements. All designed to awaken your body and bring calm clarity to your mind.
Small group – max 5 guests
All levels welcome – swimming ability required – and don’t worry if you fall in, it’s part of the fun!

Schedule: Saturday, Sunday & Monday mornings at 7 a.m. (July and August) and 8 a.m. (June and mid September)*

🍎 A light fruit refreshment is included during the session-a small treat to keep your energy up.
Included in the price: SUP board, paddle, life jacket 5l drybag, leash, local guide, fresh fruit.
